 Custom and personalised items are non-returnable so please be sure your selections are correct, I am happy to help with this if you drop me an email

Ready To Wear items can be returned or exchanged within 10 working days

 

Due to the nature of the items I am unable to offer a like for like exchange but you are more than welcome to swap it for something else. You will be responsible for any return postage.

 

I check every item before dispatch but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty please get in touch as soon as you can via email on hellolittlerose@outlook.com
